We've developed a self-help screening to find some of the indicators
that suggest mental health issues. It's not a medical procedure but
it does offer you a confidential way to detect some problem areas.
You do not have to identify yourself in any way and there are no
records kept about your answers to the simple Yes and No questions
used to make the assessment.
