For your convenience, all sessions are by appointment only. If you are a new patient contact a
doctor to determine the type of program that is best for you. The on the Contact menu item to
you left to speak with one of the doctors.
If you're an existing patient and need to make or change an appointment, click on the Appointment
menu item on the side menu. You need to give us 48 hours notice unless this is an emergency.
You can call us at any time. The Contact page provides information on how you do this.
If you have questions about insurance, billing, services or other issues, click on the
appropriate menu item for help.
If you haven't been to the office in the past, here is a map that explains how to get here. There's
